Maids & Co was born in 2009 out of a personal experience. When Isabella de Medina Velletri was looking for a nanny for her own family, she discovered that finding the right person for a home goes far beyond reviewing CVs or checking years of experience.
Families needed something more important: trust. What began as helping relatives and friends find household professionals grew into a method of our own — built on in-depth interviews, direct reference checks and family-compatibility analysis.
More than 17 years on, we still work by the same philosophy that inspired our beginnings: families don't need more options, they need someone they can trust.
