In Oviedo, Gijón or Santander, a family may be well served by a live-in professional to clean, iron and cook, a nanny or a mixed role. You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

Yes. In Santander, El Sardinero, Somo, Pedreña and Comillas we select live-in housekeepers, nannies, chefs, house managers, drivers and domestic couples for residences, family houses and second homes.
Yes. We select staff and domestic couples who keep the house up while the family is away and look after the family when it is there, with duties, rest periods and accommodation defined from the outset.
That is not a service we offer in the north: in Asturias and Cantabria we only select staff who live at the property or in accommodation the family provides. Hours and rest periods are agreed before the start, because living in does not mean permanent availability.
Only at the end: once the person is working in the house and the family is satisfied, one month of the agreed salary plus VAT is paid once. There is no cost or subscription while we search and, if the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
No. We interview remotely and travel to Oviedo, Gijón or Santander if needed. We check each candidate's references and send the first profiles in under 3 hours.
Yes. For country houses and large properties we look for caretakers and domestic couples who, beyond the house and kitchen, handle driving, grounds and basic maintenance. Couples are interviewed together.
