The first profiles arrive in under 3 hours; for a very specific profile, up to 48 hours. Nothing is paid during the search: there is a single fee, one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, once the person has started and you are satisfied. If you're not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
