These terms and conditions govern the provision of Maids & Co's services and the use of its website. They complement the legal notice and privacy policy published on this same site. Engaging our services implies acceptance of these conditions.

1. Purpose

These conditions govern the relationship between Maids & Co and the client who requests domestic-staff selection services, as well as the use of the website https://maidsespana.es.

Maids & Co is a domestic-staffing agency with experience in the sector since 2009, trading under the commercial name "Maids & Co" and licensed by the Spanish National Employment Service (SNE) under No. 1300000318.

2. Conditions of use of the website

Access to and navigation of the website are free of charge and do not require prior registration. Users undertake to use the site and its content lawfully and in good faith.

The information published on the site (services, cities and blog content) is for information purposes and may be updated without prior notice. The conditions applicable to each service are set out in the proposal or quote provided to each client.

3. Agency services and engagement process

Maids & Co provides a selection and intermediation service: it identifies, assesses and presents candidates that match the client's needs. The final hiring decision always rests with the client.

The process begins with a needs interview, continues with the search and verification of references, and concludes with the presentation of the selected profiles for the client to interview. No charge is made until the selection is complete and the client decides to take on the chosen person.

4. Fees and payment

The fees for the selection service are communicated to the client before the process begins and become due once the selection is complete and the engagement of the selected person has been formalised.

As a salary reference for household staff, the Statutory Minimum Wage (SMI) in force in 2026 is €1,424.50 per month over 12 payments. The specific salary is agreed between the client and the person hired in accordance with the applicable regulations.

5. Guarantee

We offer one free replacement within the first 6 months from the start date, should the selected person leave or not adapt to the role, at no additional cost to the client. The replacement applies only within our main hubs.

Likewise, if the client is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the amount paid for the selection service.

6. Client obligations

The client, as the employer of the hired staff, is responsible for formalising the employment contract and registering the worker with Social Security, as well as paying the salary and complying with all other applicable labour obligations.

The client undertakes to provide truthful information about their needs and conditions, and to treat the selected person in accordance with the labour regulations in force for household employment.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data provided in connection with the engagement or through the website is governed by the Privacy policy, available on this same site.

8. Changes and governing law

Maids & Co may amend these terms and conditions to adapt them to regulatory, technical or service-related changes. The version in force will always be the one published on the website, indicating its last-updated date.
