What are the total costs?
- Agency fee — One-off payment when you hire. One month's salary + VAT.
- Employee's salary — Paid monthly, at the end of each month.
- Social Security — Charged by the TGSS to your account from the month after registration.

Official 2026 table for live-out staff, based on Spain's minimum wage. It is the legal minimum reference: real salaries vary by region and experience, and live-in staff usually earn more than live-out.

Social Security contributions are approximate: the exact amount is confirmed when the employee is registered with the TGSS. The employee's share is deducted from her payslip and the employer pays in the total.

What families ask us before starting
How long does the selection take?
In most cases, the first verified profiles reach your portal in under 3 hours from the moment you tell us what you need; very specific profiles can take up to 48 hours. The full process, including interviews and the trial, usually closes within a few days.
How much does the service cost?
The fee is one month of the agreed gross salary (calculated over 12 payments) plus VAT, in a single payment and only if you hire. Everything before that — profiles, interviews, reference checks — is free.
What if the person doesn't work out?
If within the first 6 months you're not satisfied or the employee resigns, we select a replacement at no cost (in Madrid, Barcelona and Marbella). Or, if you prefer, within the first month you can opt for a 50% refund of the fee.
What if none of the candidates convinces me?
You pay nothing. The selection has no cost and no obligation: we keep proposing profiles until we find the right person, and if you decide not to hire, there is no charge.
Can I try the candidate before hiring?
Yes. The service includes an optional 2-day trial at your home before you make the final decision, with no obligation.
What do I gain over searching on my own?
Time and safety. We interview in person, verify every reference directly with previous employers and check documentation: only 1 in 30 candidates passes the process. And if the person doesn't work out, you're covered by the replacement guarantee. Searching on your own, you carry that risk yourself.
Who handles the contract and Social Security?
The employer registers the employee, but you're not on your own: we guide you through the whole procedure and, if you prefer, our labour & legal team handles the contract, registration and payroll as an optional service.
