The staff we select cover everything from traditional household duties to specialist work in driving, cooking, running the residence, childcare, personal assistance, maintenance and coordinating household teams. We shape each role around the family, the property, the periods of occupancy and its specific duties.

Every family needs a staffing structure suited to its way of life, its priorities and the way its residence runs.
A family home in Santa Cruz or Las Palmas may need a live-in housekeeper who specialises in cleaning, cooking and ironing, a nanny or a mixed role. A villa in Costa Adeje, Abama or Meloneras may call for a house manager, a driver, a chef or several members of staff, and a larger property may work better with a domestic couple.
Nor are the needs of a family living on the islands all year the same as those of a property used only at certain times of year.

Domestic couples in the Canary Islands
We select live-in domestic couples for main residences, second homes and estates, distinguishing the experience each type of property calls for. We assess both professionals together, look at how they actually shared duties in previous posts and check their references.
On the islands we also select couples for villas and properties that need extensive oversight. A couple can combine housekeeping, cooking and laundry with driving, garden, pool, maintenance and general oversight, and we look at their real experience as a team.

One-off fee and a 50% refund in the first month
You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

The first profiles for a home in Tenerife, Gran Canaria or Lanzarote arrive in under 3 hours; for a very specific profile, up to 48 hours. Nothing is paid during the search: there is a single fee, one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, once the person has started and you are satisfied. If you're not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
No. On the islands we select remotely and travel when needed. Every candidate has a personal interview and we check their references with previous employers.
