We select live-in domestic couples for main residences, second homes and estates, distinguishing the experience each type of property calls for. We assess both professionals together, look at how they actually shared duties in previous posts and check their references.
In an Aljarafe house with a garden and pool, a couple can split the interior and cooking on one side and the driving, vehicles, maintenance and oversight of the property on the other. For estates around Córdoba, Jerez or Huelva we also select caretaker couples who know the land and animals.

One-off fee and a 50% refund in the first month
You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

Yes. In Mairena del Aljarafe, Simón Verde, Tomares and the area around Seville we select live-in housekeepers, house managers, chefs, drivers and domestic couples for houses with gardens and pools, as well as staff for apartments in Los Remedios, El Porvenir or Heliópolis.
We do not place hourly staff in Western Andalusia: we only select staff who live in the house or in accommodation the family provides. Duties, hours, rest periods and accommodation are agreed before the start, because living at the property is not the same as being on call at all times.
The search itself is free. Only when the person starts and the family is satisfied is a one-off fee invoiced, equal to one month of the agreed salary plus VAT; there are no subscriptions or lock-in and, if the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
No. For Seville we interview remotely, travel when the role calls for it and verify references with previous employers. The first candidates arrive in under 3 hours.
Yes. For estates and rural properties we select caretakers and caretaker couples experienced in maintenance, grounds, vehicles and animals, and we keep household duties separate from the work that belongs to farming, livestock or technical specialists.
The family is the employer. If preferred, our in-house employment team prepares the contract and registers the employee with Social Security, with the accommodation and rest-day terms already agreed during the selection.
