No. Even if the estate is far from the nearest village, the role has duties, working hours, rest periods and conditions set before the start: living on the property does not mean permanent availability.
You will receive the first profiles in under 3 hours (up to 48 hours for a very specific profile) and pay nothing until the person has joined and you are satisfied. A one-off fee of one month of the agreed salary plus VAT is then due and, if you're not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
We run the selection remotely and travel to Toledo, Ciudad Real or wherever the estate is when needed. We personally interview every candidate and check their references with previous employers.
