Remote, with the same rigour

How we work anywhere

The method is the same in Pozuelo as in Geneva: selection is done remotely, travelling when needed, and the family decides after interviews and trial days, not from a CV.

  1. Selection from Spain

We interview in depth, check references by speaking with previous employers and verify the paperwork. The first filter is the same wherever you are.

  2. Video and in-person interviews

You meet the candidates on a video call and, if you prefer, in person: we arrange the travel for the final interview and the trial days at your home.

  3. We're with you on day one

We coordinate the journey, the arrival and the contract, follow the first weeks and, if you're not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.

In a family's words
Isabella and her team were fantastic in helping us find a nanny. From an initial call to align on profiles to the process and platform they use, together with the candidates presented, it was a smooth an easy process. They were very communicative and helped…
