SECOND HOMES AND SEASONS
Two seasons on the Costa Blanca
The summer season runs from Easter to October and fills the villas of Jávea, Moraira, Altea and Calpe: we select live-in staff for those months, with fixed dates and accommodation in the house. To have the team ready by June, April is the time to start.
The winter season, from November to March, brings northern European residents to L'Albir, Altea, Dénia and Orihuela Costa. In between, many houses are shut: airing them, checking the pool, letting technicians in and preparing them for each arrival is a different role, best defined in writing.

Domestic couples in Alicante and the Costa Blanca
We select live-in domestic couples for main residences, second homes and estates, distinguishing the experience each type of property calls for. We assess both professionals together, look at how they actually shared duties in previous posts and check their references.
On the Costa Blanca we select couples for the villas with grounds in Jávea, Moraira and Altea Hills and for the developments of Orihuela Costa: indoors, cleaning, laundry and cooking; outdoors, pool, irrigation and small repairs, with their own accommodation on the plot. They are especially well suited when the house spends months without the family.
We favour couples who both drive: on these developments almost everything is done by car.

One-off fee and a 50% refund in the first month
You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

No. In Alicante and the Costa Blanca we select live-in staff only, who live at the property or in accommodation provided by the family. Duties, hours, rest periods and accommodation are set from the outset: living in does not mean being available at all times.
It is common in Moraira, Calpe and Altea. There are two options: a seasonal post with fixed dates, or a long-term live-in who lives at the house all year, looks after it while the family is away and steps up the pace when they arrive.
Yes. We select live-in housekeepers and nannies with fluent English, the shared language at home for many British, Dutch, German and Norwegian families on this coast, and the whole selection can be run in English.
Nothing is paid during the search, whether it is a villa in Jávea or a house in Altea. Once the person joins and the family is satisfied, a single fee is due: one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, with no subscriptions or lock-in. If the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
No. On the Costa Blanca we select remotely and travel when it helps. Every candidate has a personal interview and references checked with previous employers, and the first profiles arrive in under 3 hours.
