When you sign in you see your new candidates, your next interview, each offer with its count and the recent activity.
Each profile brings together what we know after interviewing her: how we see her, her experience, her skills and her references.
Choose “I like her”, “I have doubts” or “Not convinced” and tell us why, in writing or with a voice note. Every answer sharpens the next proposal.
Meeting them
Choose an interview or a trial day at your home, in person or by video call, and suggest a day and time. We propose it to the candidate and let you know as soon as she confirms.
Write or send voice notes to each candidate from her profile, even before booking. Close to the interview you can also call her from the chat.
Invite your partner or a family member to an offer with their phone number. They receive the invitation on WhatsApp and sign in with their own phone.
When you hire
When you decide to hire, we send you a WhatsApp link to confirm your billing details and sign the contract at the same time.
Your signed contract, your employee's documents and your invoices stay in the portal. We let you know as soon as she uploads her documents.

Yes. From her profile you can open a chat with text messages and voice notes, even before booking. Messages are moderated so that nobody shares personal contact details. Close to the interview you can also call her from the chat: the call reaches her on WhatsApp from the Maids & Co number and your number is never shared.
Yes. When you request the appointment you choose an interview or a trial, in person or online, and suggest a day and time. If it is online, the video call link appears in your portal when the candidate confirms. You can add it to your calendar, reschedule or cancel it.
