For rural estates, we select caretaker couples experienced with land and animals.

No. All our searches in Eastern Andalusia are for live-in roles: the person lives at the property or in accommodation the family provides. Hours, rest periods, duties and accommodation are agreed before the start; living in does not mean being available at any hour.
Yes. We select live-in staff for main residences in Almería and Aguadulce and for villas and second homes in Mojácar and Vera. The Málaga coast is covered by our Marbella and Costa del Sol page.
No. Nothing is paid until the person joins and the family confirms it is happy. A single payment then follows, equal to one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, with no recurring charges. If the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.

Yes, if the family wishes. The family is the employer, and our in-house employment team drafts the contract and registers the person with Social Security on the accommodation and rest terms set during the selection.
