We select live-in domestic couples for main residences, second homes and estates, distinguishing the experience each type of property calls for. We assess both professionals together, look at how they actually shared duties in previous posts and check their references.
In Navarre's country houses and in larger properties, a domestic couple covers the house and kitchen, driving and vehicles, the garden, maintenance and general oversight together. We assess the two of them jointly and check how they divided the work in previous positions.

One-off fee and a 50% refund in the first month
You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

Yes. For the villas of Getxo, Neguri and La Galea we select live-in household staff, house managers, chefs, nannies, drivers and domestic couples, and profiles able to coordinate the rest of the team and suppliers when the house needs it.
Not through us: in the Basque Country and Navarre we only fill live-in roles, with the person living in the house or in accommodation the family provides. What we do set from the start are duties, hours, rest periods and accommodation, because living there does not mean always being on duty.
Yes, if the role genuinely demands it. At interview we check the level of Basque, English or any other language the family needs, like any other skill.
A single fee equal to one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, paid once the professional has started and the family is satisfied. The search is free, there are no subscriptions and, if the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
