You pay nothing during the search. Only once you take the person on and are satisfied do you pay a single fee: one month of the agreed salary, plus VAT. No subscriptions or lock-in.

Yes. For chalets in Formigal, Panticosa, Benasque and Cerler we select chefs, house managers, household staff, drivers and domestic couples who can handle the busiest weeks and prepare and look after the house for the rest of the year.
No. All our searches in Aragon are for live-in posts: the person lives at the property or in accommodation provided by the family. Living in does not mean being available at all times; duties, hours and rest days are agreed from the outset.
While the family is away, roles such as a house manager or a domestic couple take care of oversight, coordinating suppliers and preparing the house, so it is ready when the family arrives.
Nothing is paid during the search. Once the person joins and the family is satisfied, a single fee is due: one month of the agreed salary plus VAT, with no subscriptions or lock-in. If the family is not satisfied during the first month, we refund 50% of the fee.
No. In Aragon we select remotely and travel when it helps. Every candidate has a personal interview and references checked with previous employers, and the first profiles arrive in under 3 hours.
